Masaki Sugita

Masaki Sugita joined KKR in 2008 and is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities in Japan. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Sugita was a Chief Portfolio Advisor of Nissay Asset Management, which is a group company of Nippon Life, the largest life insurance company in Japan. He led the portfolio advisory and business development department for institutional investors. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director of UBS Global Asset Management of Japan where he was appointed as Head of Client Relationship Management & Business Development and a Member of the Board of Directors. He started his career in 1979 at the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan where he gained experience in corporate finance and asset management businesses. Mr. Sugita holds a B.A. of Laws from Tokyo University.

Makram Azar

London

Makram Azar joined KKR in 2008. He is head of KKR's Middle East and North Africa operations and is based in Dubai. Mr. Azar's role includes sourcing opportunities for infrastructure and private equity investments in these regions. He spent 18 years at Lehman Brothers most recently as Managing Director, Global Head of Sovereign Wealth Funds and Chairman of Media Investment Banking for Europe and the Middle East, based in Dubai. He holds a Master's Degree in Management and Finance from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris and a B.A. in Applied Economics from the University Paris-IX Dauphine.

John Brakey

Sydney

John Brakey joined KKR's Client and Partner Group in 2009. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Brakey was Head of Private Equity Fund of Funds in Macquarie Funds Group, the funds management arm of Macquarie Group. He was Chair of the Investment Committee and was responsible for the management of approximately AUD$5 billion of commitments in both domestic and international funds. Prior to that, Mr. Brakey was an Asset Consultant with Towers Perrin, advising on alternative asset classes, assessing private equity managers and developing Towers Perrin's alternative investment capabilities. He holds a B.Agr.Ec. with first class honors from the University of Sydney and holds a C.F.A. and an ASIA.

Clifford Chiu

Hong Kong

Clifford Chiu joined KKR in 2007 and leads investor relations, capital raising and capital markets' activities in Asia. He is a government appointee on the advisory committee for the financial services sector in Hong Kong. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Chiu was a Managing Director of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, based in Hong Kong, where he headed both the institutional and global liquidity businesses on the buy-side in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, Mr. Chiu was a Managing Director at Citigroup, and its predecessor firms, including the Salomon Smith Barney unit, where he was head of Hong Kong investment banking and beforehand co-head of Japan investment banking, based in Tokyo. Mr. Chiu holds a B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Chiu is a director of the St. James Settlement, United Christian Hospital and University of Hong Kong Foundation, as well as the chairman's council of Hong Kong International School and New York City Mission Society.

Rex Chung

Hong Kong

Rex Chung joined KKR's Client and Partner Group in 2008. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Chung spent 16 years at UBS Investment Bank in the firm's equity and investment banking divisions. Most recently, he was a Managing Director and COO of the firm's US prime brokerage distribution business in New York. In Hong Kong, he ran the firm's equity syndicate desk and originated some of Asia's largest and most innovative equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions as well as distributing Asian equities from London and New York. Prior to that, he was an analyst and officer for Seoul Securities Co., Ltd. based in Seoul and New York. Mr. Chung holds a B.Soc.Science from the University of Ottawa and an M.A. from the Graduate School of International Studies, Yonsei University.

Katherine T.B. de Mul

Katherine T. B. de Mul joined KKR in 2007 and currently manages the Fund Administration team and participates in investor relations and capital raising activities for KKR in the Client and Partner Group. Prior to joining Fund Administration and the Client and Partner Group, Ms. de Mul directed global investor relations and communications for KKR Private Equity Investors, L.P. Before KKR, she was with Goldman Sachs as an Investment Strategist as well as a U.S. Equity Research Analyst. Ms. de Mul holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Financial Management from the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Suzanne Donohoe

Suzanne Donohoe joined KKR in 2009 and is a Member of the firm. She is Global Head of the Client and Partner Group. Prior to joining KKR, she spent nearly 17 years with The Goldman Sachs Group. Most recently she was based in London and served as the head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International (GSAMI), leading GSAMI activities outside the United States with a specific focus on managing client-facing professionals and activities across all product lines internationally. Prior to heading GSAMI, Ms. Donohoe headed Goldman Sachs Asset Management's (GSAM's) client businesses in North America. Ms. Donohoe received her M.B.A from Wharton and her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.

Alex Fletcher

Alex Fletcher joined KKR in 2009 as Head of the European Client and Partner Group. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Fletcher spent nearly ten years with the Goldman Sachs Group, most recently as Head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management EMEA Sales (excluding Germany and Austria). Previously, Mr. Fletcher worked with JP Morgan Investment Management. Mr. Fletcher holds a B.A. (Hons) in English Literature from Exeter University and also studied at La Sorbonne.

Annette Guarnaccio

Annette Guarnaccio joined KKR in 1981 and has overseen the creation and continued development of the Firm's global fund administration, investor communications, conference and event management and archival capabilities. Currently, she is responsible for Fund Administration and participates in investor relations and capital raising activities in the Client and Partner Group, as well as plans and runs KKR events on a worldwide basis. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Guarnaccio worked on the finance team at Continental Group. She attended Kingsborough College.

Greg Guest

Greg Guest joined KKR in 2007 with a focus on KKR Capital Markets LLC and KKR Private Equity Investors, L.P. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Guest spent twelve years at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Most recently he served as Managing Director in Citigroup's Equity Capital Markets Division covering a mix of global accounts such as Wellington, Gartmore, HBK, Morgan Stanley, T. Rowe Price and Frontpoint. Mr. Guest began his career at Wellington as a research analyst on the $20 billion Windsor fund run by John Neff and Chuck Freeman covering financials and industrials. He holds a B.A. from Princeton University.

Elizabeth Hammond joined KKR's Client and Partner Group in 2009 with a focus on consultant relations. Prior to joining KKR, she was a Director at Citi Alternative Investments where she was involved in Consultant Relations and had responsibility for managing the RFP team. Ms. Hammond has over 15 years of experience working in asset management sales and marketing. Her prior experience includes Siguler Guff, Deutsche Asset Management and Lynch & Mayer. Anthony C. Hass

Anthony C. Hass joined KKR in 2003 and as a member of the Client and Partner Group is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Hass led the West Coast financial sponsor coverage practice for Deutsche Bank and was head of the bank's Los Angeles office. He joined Bankers Trust, the predecessor firm, in 1988 in the leveraged finance group and, prior to that, was a corporate finance analyst at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Hass holds a B.A. from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from The Anderson School at UCLA.

J. B. Kiley

J.B. Kiley joined KKR in 2009 and is a relationship manager in the Client and Partner Group. Prior to joining KKR, he was an alternative investment product specialist within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Before joining GSAM, Mr. Kiley was a relationship manager in the pension solution groups of both Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Kiley has nine years experience assisting institutional investors with issues related to alternative investments, synthetic beta solutions, complex portfolio restructurings, and ALM. Mr. Kiley received a B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University.

Craig Larson

Craig Larson joined KKR in 2009 and is a member of the Client and Partner Group. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Larson spent 17 years at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. where he was a Managing Director in the Global Communications franchise. While at Citigroup, Mr. Larson played a leading role on a broad array of merger and acquisition and financing assignments for global media and telecommunications clients. Mr. Larson graduated with a B.A. with honors, from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada.

Prior to joining KKR, she was a Managing Director and global head of consultant relations for Citi Alternative Investments. Lucy Liu joined KKR in 2008 and as a member of the Client and Partner Group is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities in Asia. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Liu was a Vice President of J.P. Morgan Asset Management responsible for China institutional business covering clients including banks, insurers, government agencies and selected companies. Prior to that, she had assumed increasingly responsible roles in finance and investment management for 16 years within Sinochem Corporation at their Beijing headquarters and on expatriate assignments in both London and Hong Kong. She holds a B.A. from Shanghai Maritime University in China and an M.B.A. from City Business School (now Cass Business School), London.

Irene Mavroyannis

Irene Mavroyannis, who joined KKR in 2007, is the Chief Operating Officer of KKR Capital Markets LLC and is focused on capital raising and capital markets activities related to KKR's Infrastructure platform. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Mavroyannis was a Director in the Origination Group, Equity Capital Markets, at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and previous to Citigroup, was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in the Corporate Finance Execution Group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she was an attorney at Shearman & Sterling in their Capital Markets Group. Ms. Mavroyannis received a B.Soc.Science (Summa Cum Laude), and a Bachelor of Laws (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws (Honors), from The University of Chicago Law School.

Daniel McLaughlin joined KKR in 2009 and is a member of the KKR Client and Partner Group. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. McLaughlin spent more than eight years at BlackRock where he was involved in a broad range of activities including client management, fundraising and consultant relations within the institutional investment community. Prior to that, he worked at Declaration Management and Research (formerly Independence Fixed Income Associates, LLC) as a Marketing Officer and Product Specialist. Valeria Rebulla joined KKR in 2009 with a focus on capital markets and capital raising activities. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Rebulla spent almost ten years at Goldman Sachs International in London, where she began her career in the M&A Division and subsequently worked in the Bank Loan Capital Markets Group. Most recently she served as Executive Director in the Private Finance Group on the Bank Loan Sales Desk. She holds an M.Sc., summa cum laude, from L. Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Janice Cook Roberts

Janice Cook Roberts joined KKR in 2007 and as a member of the Client and Partner Group is involved in investor relations and capital raising activities. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Roberts was Co-CEO and Co-President of the New York City Investment Fund. Ms. Roberts focused on developing the strategy of this civic venture fund, identification and execution of transactions and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to that, Ms. Roberts was Executive Director of International in MCA/Universal's Home Entertainment Group (now owned by NBC/Universal). She was previously with Bankers Trust in its Corporate Finance Department. Ms. Roberts earned a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Alisa A. Wood joined KKR in 2003 and is a member of the Client and Partner Group. As such, she is involved in the firm's global capital raising and capital market activities. She was also involved with the creation of KKR Private Equity Investors. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Wood was with Deutsche Bank's Private Equity Group where she worked on the institutional placement of private equity, venture capital, real estate and securitized debt products. Winnie Wutte joined KKR in 2008 and is a member of KKR's Client and Partner Group in London. Prior to joining KKR, she spent five years at JP Morgan in London as an equity research analyst within the telecommunication sector as well as spending time as a Telecoms Specialist Salesperson. Within the broader pan European Telecoms universe, she covered predominantly the Iberian, Benelux and Austrian telecom companies. She holds a B.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
