Michael M. Calbert

Michael M. Calbert joined KKR in 2000 and during that time has participated in the Shoppers Drug Mart, Toys 'R' Us, Dollar General, and U.S. Foodservice investments. He heads the Retail industry team and is currently on the board of directors of Dollar General, Toys 'R' Us, and U.S. Foodservice. Mr. Calbert served as Chief Financial Officer of Randall's Food Markets, ultimately taking the company through a transaction with KKR in June 1997. He left Randall's Food Markets after the company was sold in September 1999 and joined KKR. Mr. Calbert started his professional career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen Worldwide, where his primary focus was on the retail/consumer industry. He holds a B.A. from Stephen F. Austin University and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston.

Craig J. Farr

Craig J. Farr joined KKR in 2006 and is head of KKR's Capital Markets team. Mr. Farr is a Member of the firm and is driving the buildout of the structuring and distribution resources in KKR's global capital markets business. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Farr spent 12 years at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. where he was promoted to Managing Director in 2001. Prior to joining KKR, he served as Co-Head of North American Equity Capital Markets. Mr. Farr's previous responsibilities included Head of U.S. Convertible and Corporate Equity Derivative Origination. Mr. Farr began his career at Salomon Brothers in the investment banking division. Mr. Farr graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada.

Todd A. Fisher

Todd A. Fisher joined KKR in 1993. Since July 2008, he has been the global Chief Administrative Officer for KKR, responsible for overseeing the finance, legal, IT, HR, communications and public affairs functions, as well as coordinating with the various businesses and geographies of the firm on strategy, risk management and control infrastructure. He currently sits on KKR's Global Investment Committee and chairs its Management Committee. Since joining KKR in 1993, he has been involved in a range of companies and industries. He led the Firm's acquisitions of Vendex KBB, Dynamit Nobel, Rockwood Specialties Inc., and Northgate Information Solutions and was a leading member of the KKR teams responsible for the Accuride Corporation, Alea Group Holdings Ltd., Bristol West Group, Merit Behavioral Care, and Willis Group Ltd. transactions. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Fisher worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and for Drexel Burnham Lambert in Los Angeles. Mr. Fisher graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Biology and received an M.A. in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kenneth W. Freeman

Kenneth W. Freeman joined KKR in 2005. He has taken an active role managing investments in Accellent Inc., as Executive Chairman, and Masonite, initially as Chairman and CEO and currently as Chairman. He is a member of the Portfolio Management Committee and serves on the board of HCA. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Freeman was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, the leading provider of diagnostic testing information and services, for nine years. Mr. Freeman began his career at Corning Incorporated in 1972, progressing through the financial function before leading several business turnarounds. He is chairman of the board of trustees of Bucknell University, and is past chairman of the American Clinical Laboratory Association. He served as lead director of TRW until it merged with Northrop Grumman Corp. in December 2002. Mr. Freeman served on the 2004 National Association of Corporate Directors Blue Ribbon Commission on Board Leadership. He holds a B.S. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jacques Garaïalde

Jacques Garaïalde joined KKR in 2003. Since then he has been directly involved with the investments in Legrand, PagesJaunes Groupe and Tarkett. He is in charge of the development of KKR's activities in France and is a member of the Technology industry team in Europe. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Garaïalde was a Managing Director and Partner at The Carlyle Group, in charge of the Europe Venture Partners fund. From 1982 to 2000, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on strategic and operational assignments for European corporations. At BCG, he served as Managing Partner in charge of Belgium (1992 to 1995), then in charge of France and Belgium (1995 to 2000). From 1979 to 1981, he was an analyst at Esso France. Frederick M. Goltz

Frederick M. Goltz joined KKR in 1995. He is a Member of the general partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and heads KKR Asset Management's mezzanine business. He is a member of the KKR Asset Management Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee. He was previously co-head of the Energy and Natural Resources industry team and played a significant role in the development of many of the themes pursued by KKR in the energy space, including those related to integrated utilities, merchant generation, and oil and gas exploration and production. Lord (Clive) Hollick joined KKR in 2005. He heads the Media industry team in Europe, served as Chairman of SBS Broadcasting and is a director of The Nielsen Company (formerly VNU Group) and ProSiebenSat.1. Prior to joining KKR, Lord Hollick was CEO of United Business Media, an international publishing, information, broadcasting and market research group. He began his career as an investment banker with Hambros and then built up a global money and securities broking business that subsequently became ICAP plc. He was a director of Logica, Havas and BAe Systems and Chairman of the South Bank Centre, Europe's largest arts center, and is currently senior director at Diageo plc and a director of Honeywell Inc. He founded the IPPR think-tank in 1986 and became a member of the House of Lords in 1991. He holds a B.A. and Doctorate from Nottingham University.

Johannes P. Huth

Johannes P. Huth joined KKR in 1999 and during that time has played a significant role in the development of ATU, Demag, Duales System Deutschland (DSD), KION, MTU Aero Engines, FL Selenia, NXP (formerly Philips Semiconductor), Wincor Nixdorf and Zumtobel. Currently he is on the board of directors of ATU, KION, NXP and ProSiebenSat.1. Mr. Huth manages KKR's operations in Europe and is a member of the Investment and Management Committees. He started his professional career with Salomon Brothers in the Mergers and Acquisitions department in New York and London where he was a Vice President. Following that, he worked with Investcorp in London, where he was a member of their Management Committee and was jointly responsible for operations in Europe. While at Investcorp, Mr. Huth led a number of transactions in Europe. He holds a B.Sc. with highest honors from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

David H. Liu joined KKR in 2006 and is a Member of KKR and the Head of KKR Greater China. He played a significant role in the investment in Far Eastern Leasing, Modern Dairy, Tianrui Cement and Yageo Corporation. Mr. Liu previously served as Managing Director and Co-head of Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia. Mr. Liu has established one of the leading investment track records in Greater China with a number of successful and innovative investments such as Mengniu Dairy, Ping An Insurance, Nanfu Battery, Paradise Retail, Hengan International, Belle International and Shanshui Cement. Mr. Liu graduated from Columbia University as Class Salutatorian with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society and a winner of the Edwin Howard Armstrong Memorial Award for the top electrical engineering student at Columbia University.

Ming Lu joined KKR in 2006 and is a senior operating executive. He has played a significant role in the investments in BIS Cleanaway, MMI and Unisteel Technology Limited. Mr. Lu currently sits on the board of directors of BIS Industries , MMI and Unisteel Technology Limited. He was previously a Partner at CCMP Capital Asia (formerly J.P. Morgan Partners Asia). While with JPMP Asia, Mr. Lu was involved in the acquisition of Mando Corporation, a leading auto components manufacturer in Korea, and was also involved in a number of other auto, industrial and consumer product deals. Prior to joining JPMP Asia in 1999, Mr. Lu worked for Lucas Varity, a leading global automotive component supplier for two years. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Lu worked for Kraft Foods International Inc. From 1985 to 1993, he worked for CITIC, the largest direct investment firm in China.
