Raj K. Agrawal

Raj K. Agrawal joined KKR in 2006. He is currently a member of the Infrastructure team, previously having worked on the Energy and Natural Resources and Retail industry teams. He has been involved with the investment in, and is a member of the board of directors of Dollar General. Prior to joining KKR, he was a Vice President with Warburg Pincus, where he was involved in the execution and oversight of a number of investments in the energy sector. Mr. Agrawal's prior experience also includes Thayer Capital Partners, where he played a role in the firm's business and manufacturing services investments, and McKinsey & Company, where he provided strategic and M&A advice to clients in a variety of industries. He holds a B.A. with honors and distinction from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

John F. Bookout III

Houston

John F. Bookout III joined KKR in 2008. He was a Director of McKinsey & Company for 28 years. Most recently he was responsible for their 17 global industry practices. During his career with McKinsey, he spent six years as Managing Partner of its Los Angeles office and four years in London where he led McKinsey's European Energy Practice. Mr. Bookout also served as Managing Partner of the Texas Office, as co-leader of the North American Energy Practice, and as a member of McKinsey's Shareholder's Committee. He is a member of the board of directors of Tesoro and McDermott. He holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Rice University.

Jesús Olmos Clavijo

London

Jesús Olmos Clavijo joined KKR in 2008 as European Head of Infrastructure. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Olmos was a Member of the Executive Board reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and a Managing Director for Corporate Development at Endesa, S.A., Spain's leading electric utility, the largest private electric utility in Latin America, and a leading European energy company. Previously, between 2004 and 2008, Mr. Olmos was Chief Executive Officer of Endesa Europa. During his time at Endesa, Mr. Olmos led investments in a number of energy infrastructure assets around the world, including in Portugal, Italy, France, Poland, Turkey, Greece, Ireland, and North Africa. He also helped develop the European strategy of Endesa through Endesa Europa, which was sold in June 2008 for a total enterprise value of €11 billion with value creation of more than €6 billion in seven years. Mr. Olmos joined Endesa in 1991, after working at Iberdrola and the Nuclear Fusion Institute. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales and an M.B.A. from Instituto de Empresa.

Reinhard Gorenflos

London

Reinhard Gorenflos joined KKR in 2001 and leads the Energy industry group in Europe. He has played a leading role in the investments in AVR, van Gansewinkel, Duales System Deutschland (DSD), FL Selenia, MTU Aero Engines, Demag, Zumtobel, and Legrand. He is also a member of the Portfolio Management Committee. He holds a degree in Economics from Freiburg University, Germany and an M.P.A., John McCloy Academic Scholar, from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

Simon Hipperson

London

Simon Hipperson joined KKR in 2008 and is dedicated to KKR's infrastructure effort. He was formerly the President and CEO of Skanska Infrastructure Development AB, the global infrastructure investment arm of Skanska AB, one of the world's largest construction services companies. Mr. Hipperson was responsible for development and ongoing operation of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure assets with a value in excess of $2 billion, ranging from toll roads, power generation plants and ports through to social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals and government facilities. Key transactions in which Mr. Hipperson was involved while at Skanska Infrastructure include the Barts and The London new hospitals program in the UK, the Ponte de Pedra hydroelectric power project in Brazil and Autopista Central, a toll-road in Chile. He has spent over 15 years working in the infrastructure space responsible in that time for every part of the value chain. Mr. Hipperson holds a Graduate Diploma in Construction Management and a Higher National Diploma in Building from Anglia University.

Ram Kumar

London

Mr. Kumar joined KKR in 2009 and is a member of the Infrastructure team. Prior to joining KKR, he worked at Goldman Sachs, London, for close to seven years where he was first in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, then a part of the Financing Group, and finally a member of the Infrastructure Investment Group. He holds B.E. (Mechanical) and M.Sc. (Economics) degrees from BITS, Pilani (India), and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (India).

Marc S. Lipschultz

New York

Marc S. Lipschultz joined KKR in 1995 and is the global head of KKR's Energy and Infrastructure business. Marc currently serves as a member of KKR's Management Committee and the Firm's Infrastructure Investment Committee. Marc has played a leading role in many investments including DPL, International Transmission Company, Texas Genco, Energy Future Holdings (formerly TXU Corp.) and East Resources. Currently, Marc is on the board of directors of Energy Future Holdings, Oncor Electric Delivery and Accel-KKR Company. Prior to joining KKR, Marc was with Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was involved in a broad array of mergers and acquisitions as well as the firm's principal investment activities. He received an A.B., Honors and Distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, from Stanford University and an M.B.A. with High Distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School. Marc Lipschultz is actively involved in a variety of non-profit organizations, serving as chair of the Center for Curatorial Studies and as a member of the boards of the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research, Bard College, Common Good, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
