Brian F. Carroll joined KKR in 1995. Since then, he has been involved with numerous investments and portfolio companies. Transactions in which Mr. Carroll has been actively involved include Laureate Education, Sealy Corporation, Borden, Evenflo, Merit Behavioral Care, Randall's Food Markets, Rockwood/Dynamit Nobel, Harman International, Spalding and Wincor Nixdorf. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Rockwood Holdings, Sealy Corporation, Laureate Education, and Harman International. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Carroll was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he worked on a broad range of high yield financing, corporate finance and merchant banking transactions. He has a B.S., B.A.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Todd A. Fisher

Todd A. Fisher joined KKR in 1993. Since July 2008, he has been the global Chief Administrative Officer for KKR, responsible for overseeing the finance, legal, IT, HR, communications and public affairs functions, as well as coordinating with the various businesses and geographies of the firm on strategy, risk management and control infrastructure. He currently sits on KKR's Global Investment Committee and chairs its Management Committee. Since joining KKR in 1993, he has been involved in a range of companies and industries. He led the Firm's acquisitions of Vendex KBB, Dynamit Nobel, Rockwood Specialties Inc., and Northgate Information Solutions and was a leading member of the KKR teams responsible for the Accuride Corporation, Alea Group Holdings Ltd., Bristol West Group, Merit Behavioral Care, and Willis Group Ltd. transactions. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Fisher worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and for Drexel Burnham Lambert in Los Angeles. Mr. Fisher graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Biology and received an M.A. in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jacques Garaïalde

Jacques Garaïalde joined KKR in 2003. Since then he has been directly involved with the investments in Legrand, PagesJaunes Groupe and Tarkett. He is in charge of the development of KKR's activities in France and is a member of the Technology industry team in Europe. Currently, he is on the board of directors of Legrand, PagesJaunes Groupe, and Tarkett. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Garaïalde was a Managing Director and Partner at The Carlyle Group, in charge of the Europe Venture Partners fund. From 1982 to 2000, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on strategic and operational assignments for European corporations. At BCG, he served as Managing Partner in charge of Belgium (1992 to 1995), then in charge of France and Belgium (1995 to 2000). From 1979 to 1981, he was an analyst at Esso France. He holds an M.Sc. from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris and an M.B.A. from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Reinhard Gorenflos

Reinhard Gorenflos joined KKR in 2001 and leads the Energy industry group in Europe. He has played a leading role in the investments in AVR, van Gansewinkel, Duales System Deutschland (DSD), FL Selenia, MTU Aero Engines, Demag, Zumtobel, and Legrand. He is also a member of the Portfolio Management Committee. He holds a degree in Economics from Freiburg University, Germany and an M.P.A., John McCloy Academic Scholar, from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

Oliver Haarmann

Oliver Haarmann joined KKR in 1999. He has been directly involved in the investments in ATU, Demag, Tenovis, TDC, Wincor Nixdorf and Bharti Infratel. He serves on the board of directors of TDC and Bharti Infratel. He heads the Communications and Media industry teams in Europe. He has played a leading role in establishing the Firm's presence in India and helps to manage the Firm's investor relationships. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Haarmann was a Principal of private equity funds affiliated with Dillon Read & Co. He started his career in corporate finance at Bankers Trust Co. and Lazard Freres. He holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Johannes P. Huth

Johannes P. Huth joined KKR in 1999 and during that time has played a significant role in the development of ATU, Demag, Duales System Deutschland (DSD), KION, MTU Aero Engines, FL Selenia, NXP (formerly Philips Semiconductor), Wincor Nixdorf and Zumtobel. Currently he is on the board of directors of ATU, KION, NXP and ProSiebenSat.1. Mr. Huth manages KKR's operations in Europe and is a member of the Investment and Management Committees. He started his professional career with Salomon Brothers in the Mergers and Acquisitions department in New York and London where he was a Vice President. Following that, he worked with Investcorp in London, where he was a member of their Management Committee and was jointly responsible for operations in Europe. While at Investcorp, Mr. Huth led a number of transactions in Europe. He holds a B.Sc. with highest honors from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Dominic P. Murphy

Dominic P. Murphy joined KKR in 2005. He played a significant role in the investments in Alliance Boots, SBS Broadcasting and ProSiebenSat.1. Mr. Murphy currently serves on the board of directors of Alliance Boots. He heads the Health Care industry team in Europe. Mr. Murphy was formerly a Partner at Cinven, a large European-based private equity firm. While at Cinven he was involved with numerous investments including Comax, Peacock's Stores, General Healthcare Group, William Hill, United Biscuits, National Car Parks, Fitness First and Maxeda (formerly Vendex KBB). From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Murphy was an Investment Manager with 3i, working on numerous transactions from start-ups and growth capital to buyouts. He received a B.A. (Hons) from Liverpool University.

John L. Pfeffer

John L. Pfeffer joined KKR in 2000. He played a significant role in the investments in U.N Ro-Ro, Toys 'R' Us and Maxeda (formerly Vendex KBB) and currently serves on the boards of directors of each those companies. He heads the Retail industry team in Europe and is active in covering investment opportunities in Spain, Latin America and Turkey. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Pfeffer was Chairman of the Executive Board of Groupe Allium S.A., the largest computer reseller and service provider to corporations and governments in France, Italy and Spain. Prior to that, he was with McKinsey & Company in Europe and Latin America where he specialized in turnarounds. He has a B.A. with distinction, summa cum laude, from Duke University and an M.B.A., F.C. Austin Scholar, from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
