Simon E. Brown joined KKR in 2003. Since then, he has been directly involved with the investments in Avago Technologies, The Boyds Collection, The Nielsen Company (formerly VNU Group), Sealy Corporation, SunGard Data Systems, and Walter Industries. He heads the Consumer Products and Services team in North America, and is currently a Member of the board of directors for The Nielsen Company. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Brown was with Madison Dearborn Partners for four years, focusing on leveraged investments in industrial companies. Prior to completing his M.B.A., he was with Thomas H. Lee Company and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, where he was involved in a broad range of private equity transactions. He holds a B.Com, first class honours, from Queen's University and an M.B.A. with high distinction, Baker Scholar, John L. Loeb Fellow, from Harvard Business School.

Michael M. Calbert joined KKR in 2000 and during that time has participated in the Shoppers Drug Mart, Toys 'R' Us, Dollar General, and U.S. Foodservice investments. He heads the Retail industry team and is currently on the board of directors of Dollar General, Toys 'R' Us, and U.S. Foodservice. Mr. Calbert served as Chief Financial Officer of Randall's Food Markets, ultimately taking the company through a transaction with KKR in June 1997. He left Randall's Food Markets after the company was sold in September 1999 and joined KKR. Mr. Calbert started his professional career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen Worldwide, where his primary focus was on the retail/consumer industry. He holds a B.A. from Stephen F. Austin University and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston.

Adam H. Clammer joined KKR in 1995 and currently heads the Technology Group. He has been actively involved with several companies, including Aricent (fka Flextronics Software), Avago Technologies (fka Agilent Semiconductor), Borden, Intermedia Communications, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, MedCath, NuVox, NXP (fka Philips Semiconductor), RELTEC, SunGard Data Systems and Zhone Technologies. He is on the board of directors of Aricent, Avago, and NXP and is a member of the Operating Committee of SunGard. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Clammer was with Morgan Stanley & Co. in Hong Kong and New York in the Mergers and Acquisitions department. Craig J. Farr joined KKR in 2006 and is head of KKR's Capital Markets team. Mr. Farr is a Member of the firm and is driving the buildout of the structuring and distribution resources in KKR's global capital markets business. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Farr spent 12 years at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. where he was promoted to Managing Director in 2001. Prior to joining KKR, he served as Co-Head of North American Equity Capital Markets. Mr. Farr's previous responsibilities included Head of U.S. Convertible and Corporate Equity Derivative Origination. Mr. Farr began his career at Salomon Brothers in the investment banking division. Mr. Farr graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada.

Kenneth W. Freeman joined KKR in 2005. He has taken an active role managing investments in Accellent Inc., as Executive Chairman, and Masonite, initially as Chairman and CEO and currently as Chairman. He is a member of the Portfolio Management Committee and serves on the board of HCA. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Freeman was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, the leading provider of diagnostic testing information and services, for nine years. Mr. Freeman began his career at Corning Incorporated in 1972, progressing through the financial function before leading several business turnarounds. He is chairman of the board of trustees of Bucknell University, and is past chairman of the American Clinical Laboratory Association. He served as lead director of TRW until it merged with Northrop Grumman Corp. in December 2002. Mr. Freeman served on the 2004 National Association of Corporate Directors Blue Ribbon Commission on Board Leadership. He holds a B.S. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Golkin started his professional career with Price Waterhouse & Co., became a certified public accountant and taught accounting at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. Later, he was with the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York, where he was involved in a broad range of corporate financings, mergers, acquisitions and management buyouts. Frederick M. Goltz joined KKR in 1995. He is a Member of the general partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and heads KKR Asset Management's mezzanine business. He is a member of the KKR Asset Management Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee. He was previously co-head of the Energy and Natural Resources industry team and played a significant role in the development of many of the themes pursued by KKR in the energy space, including those related to integrated utilities, merchant generation, and oil and gas exploration and production. He was involved in KKR's investment in Texas Genco as well as Energy Future Holdings. Prior to KKR, Mr. Goltz was with Furman Selz Incorporated in its Corporate Finance Department sector. Prior to joining KKR, he spent over 10 years at The TCW Group, Inc. most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer and CEO of The TCW Funds, Inc. and a member of the executive committee of Societe Generale Asset Management, S.A. His responsibilities at TCW included overseeing and developing portfolio management, operations, and sales and marketing in both traditional and alternative investments. He has also served as member of the board of directors of The TCW Group, Inc. and Sompo Japan Asset Management in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to TCW, he spent 6 years in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in both New York and Hong Kong predominantly focused on executing mergers & acquisitions for financial institutions. Bill graduated with honors from Georgetown University.
