Edward Brandman

Edward Brandman joined KKR as Chief Information Officer in 2007 from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Managing Director in its Advisory Services group, focused on best-in-class technology strategies to support capital markets and trading activities for clients in the financial services and investments industries. From 2003 through 2006, Mr. Brandman was a Managing Partner at OMT Partners LLC, a boutique advisory firm. Prior to that, he founded and served for two years as the CEO of Renaissance Trading Technologies, a technology firm focused on trading solutions for the NYSE/NASDAQ markets. Before founding Renaissance Trading, Mr. Brandman was Chief Information Officer and Head of Electronic Trading at Robertson Stephens as well as a member of its Management Committee from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Brandman began his career at JP Morgan & Co. in 1991. He received a B.A. from Rutgers College.

Suzanne Donohoe

Suzanne Donohoe joined KKR in 2009 as Global Head of the Client and Partner Group. Prior to joining KKR, she spent nearly 17 years with The Goldman Sachs Group. Most recently she was based in London and served as the head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International (GSAMI), leading GSAMI activities outside the United States with a specific focus on managing client-facing professionals and activities across all product lines internationally. Prior to heading GSAMI, Ms. Donohoe headed Goldman Sachs Asset Management's (GSAM's) client businesses in North America. Ms. Donohoe received her M.B.A from Wharton and her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.

William J. Eckert IV

William J. Eckert, IV, joined KKR in April 2008 as Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Eckert was V.P. Corporate Controller at Selective Insurance Group, Inc., prior to joining the Firm. Prior to Selective, he was with Prudential Financial serving in various senior financial management roles including Controller of Prudential's Insurance Division. Mr. Eckert began his career and earned his C.P.A. with Deloitte & Touche, where he was a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Audit practice. He received a B.S. from Miami University (Ohio).

Peter M. Fasolo

New York

Peter M. Fasolo joined KKR as Chief Talent Officer in 2008. Mr. Fasolo works during both due diligence and post acquisition phases to help build the management depth and diversity of the KKR North American portfolio companies. His focus is on executive assessment, selection, succession and compensation across the various industry groups for KKR. Mr. Fasolo has over 15 years experience in consulting and working directly in the healthcare and consumer industries. He spent 13 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb in senior level HR Executive roles in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Consumer segments based in New York City, Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Paris, France and Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Fasolo joined Johnson & Johnson in 2004 where he worked extensively on the merger and acquisition strategy for the Cordis cardiovascular business. His last position at Johnson & Johnson was Chief Talent Officer. Mr. Fasolo earned a Ph.D. from the University of Delaware, an M.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. from Providence College. Mr. Fasolo has lectured and written extensively in the area of workplace fairness, leadership, and workforce metrics.

Robert D. Gottlieb

Robert D. Gottlieb joined KKR as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2007. Previously, Mr. Gottlieb was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he worked for almost 20 years in a variety of human resource management, operational and administrative roles. Prior to working at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Gottlieb was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and an operations executive at Bloomingdale's. He holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Jonathan R. Levin

New York

Jonathan R. Levin is the Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations for KKR. As Treasurer, Mr. Levin is involved in the oversight of the firm's balance sheet received as a result of its combination transaction with KKR Private Equity Investors. As Head of Investor Relations, Mr. Levin leads KKR's efforts to engage with public investors and industry analysts. He also works on strategic projects for the firm. Prior to this role, Mr. Levin helped build KKR's capital markets business, worked in the private equity business, and focused on strategic projects for the firm, including the business combination of KPE and KKR. Mr. Levin joined KKR in 2004 from Bear Stearns. He holds a B.A. from Harvard College.

Kenneth B. Mehlman

Kenneth B. Mehlman joined KKR in 2008 and is Head of Global Public Affairs. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Mehlman was a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld with a bi-partisan practice in legislative and regulatory counseling. He previously served in high level positions on Capitol Hill and the White House, including as Chairman of the Republican National Committee and Campaign Manager of President Bush's successful re-election campaign. Mr. Mehlman is a trustee of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and Franklin & Marshall College, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and serves on the Senior Advisory Committee of the Harvard University Institute of Politics, the board of directors at the National Endowment for Democracy and the executive leadership cabinet of the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Foundation. Mr. Mehlman graduated with a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
